Developing a comprehensive project plan that outlines the project’s objectives, scope, timeline, budget, risks, and resources required and project strategy that aligns with the client’s goals and requirements.
Budgeting Cost Control
Developing and managing the project budget, including estimating costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities, monitoring expenses, and reporting on budget performance.
Schedule Management
Develop and manage the project schedule, including defining the critical path, identifying milestones, developing a resource plan, and tracking progress against the schedule.
Risk Management
Identify and assess project risks, develop risk mitigation strategies, and monitor and report on risk exposure throughout the project lifecycle.
Procurement Management
