The payment for the consultant application fee is RM10,000.00 only excluding SST for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of the approval of this form and Shall lapse immediately if not renewed. - 每年的续签费为 RM3,000.00 (不包括销售与服务税/ SST)，为期十二 (12) 个月 (自续签表格批准之日算起)，届满若不续签，将立即失效。
Renewal fee per year is RM3,000.00 only excluding SST for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of the approval of renewal form and shall lapse immediately if not renewed. - 所有支付给国安办公室的款项须存入于 “GUOANN DOT COM BERHAD” ，方视为已被国安办公室接受。
All payment shall be deemed to have been accepted by GUOANN.COM if the payment is deposited to “GUOANN DOT COM BERHAD” only. - 付款证明需连同顾问服务申请表格再最短的时间内发放给国安办公室。无论出于任何原因，以任何第三方付款方式都不被接受。
Proof of payment shall be sent a copy to GUOANN.COM as soon as practically possible together with the consultant application form. No payment to any third party is acceptable for whatsoever reasons. - 支付给国安办公室的所有款项均不予退还 ，并视为注册或征募为顾问服务的会员费。
All payment made to GUOANN.COM is not refundable and shall deemed for the purpose for the registration or enlistment as membership for the consultant services. - 国安办公室有权决定签续会籍的费用 °
The payment for the renewel of membership shall be determined at the sole discretion of GUOANN.COM . - 会籍的批准/拒绝以本申请表格的日期为标准 ，而此日期是根据申请人的付款到位而定的 。
