20/9/2022 GUOANN DOT COM Berhad (GUOANN.com) conducted it’s first annual general meeting, and shared the outlook of the past year and the plan for the future with shareholders. The AGM was conducted online which was the new normal, and passed the voting unanimously approved the re-appointment of Mr. Teo Kok Ann and Ms. Melody Wong as the directors of the company.
In the past year, GUOANN.com has completed business matchmaking in Malaysia, Indonesia, Zhejiang Hangzhou, China, and Cambodia; In addition, we expect to step up the pace to matchmake businesses in the Philippines, Japan, Vietnam, and Xi'an, China by 2023!
